Intellectual Property Rights

All artwork, designs, images, graphics, product photographs, digital assets, and other content displayed on XscapeDesigns are protected by applicable copyright, intellectual property, and related laws.

Unless otherwise stated, all rights, title, and interest in the artwork and content available through XscapeDesigns remain the exclusive property of XscapeDesigns and its licensors.

Purchasing a physical print, canvas, framed artwork, or any other product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, copyright, or intellectual property rights.

Prohibited Uses

Without prior written permission from XscapeDesigns, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, duplicate, or distribute any artwork.

  • Create derivative works based on our artwork.

  • Modify, adapt, trace, recreate, redraw, or manipulate artwork for commercial or personal redistribution.

  • Digitize or scan artwork for reproduction purposes.

  • Use artwork in advertising, branding, marketing, merchandise, or commercial products.

  • Sell, sublicense, share, or redistribute artwork in any format.

  • Use our artwork, images, or designs for AI training, machine learning datasets, generative AI systems, image-to-image generation, model fine-tuning, or the creation of derivative AI-generated content.

AI-Generated Derivatives

The use of artificial intelligence, machine learning tools, image generation systems, or similar technologies to replicate, imitate, recreate, transform, or generate derivative versions of artwork owned by XscapeDesigns is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

This restriction applies regardless of whether the resulting output is identical, substantially similar, stylistically derived, modified, enhanced, or transformed.

Enforcement

XscapeDesigns actively monitors unauthorized use of its intellectual property.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, derivative creation, commercial exploitation, or infringement may result in enforcement actions, including but not limited to:

  • DMCA takedown notices

  • Marketplace infringement reports

  • Removal requests to hosting providers and platforms

  • Copyright infringement claims

  • Legal action where appropriate

Licensing & Commercial Use

Businesses, designers, hospitality groups, interior design firms, developers, publishers, marketing agencies, and other commercial entities interested in using artwork from XscapeDesigns may request a commercial license.

Licensing opportunities may include:
