At XscapeDesigns, every piece is made with care and professionally produced after your order is placed. We work to ensure your artwork arrives safely and beautifully.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada.

Production Time

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days. Production time may vary slightly during busy seasons, holidays, or for larger pieces.

Estimated Delivery Time

After production is complete, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier availability.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delays may occasionally occur due to carrier volume, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada.

Canada Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to Canada, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import fees, taxes, or brokerage charges that may be collected by the carrier or local authorities.

These fees are not included in the product price and are not controlled by XscapeDesigns.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to update the address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

However, XscapeDesigns is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.
